I had another local company I was dealing with come out and they were just not fixing it. I had a recommendation to call Andrews plumbing. They came out the next morning and did a thorough search to determine the cause of my problems. They were able to locate the problem which ended up being a bunch of roots. They got what they could the first day and then ended up coming back the next to finish cleaning out the roots. All the employees were extremely polite and very helpful when I had questions. The price was on point as well. You could tell they were more concerned with fixing the problem than making money off the issue. I will definitely be using them in the future and will highly recommend them for anyone needing quality, trustworthy work done.Posted on Google Tera AdamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Frequently Asked Questions
Common warning signs include reduced water pressure, spitting or sputtering faucets, cloudy or discolored water, or a pump that cycles on and off frequently. Any of these signs mean it's worth having your system inspected before a full failure leaves you without water.
A sump pump removes groundwater that collects around your foundation to prevent flooding, while a sewage pump moves wastewater from fixtures below the sewer line, like a basement bathroom, up to the main sewer line. Homes with finished basements or below-grade plumbing often need both.
Yes, especially in areas prone to storms and power outages. A sump pump only protects your basement while it has power, so a battery backup keeps it running during an outage, which is often exactly when flooding risk is highest.
Most well systems benefit from an annual inspection to catch small issues before they become costly repairs or a full loss of water. Systems in heavy year-round use may need more frequent checks.
It monitors water levels in areas prone to flooding, like a sump pit or basement, and alerts you the moment levels rise unexpectedly. This gives you time to act before minor water intrusion turns into significant damage.
